Who is responsible for return delivery?
The customer is responsible for payment of return delivery fees. Please reach out so we can discuss return shipping options.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. There is a 15% restocking fee which is payable before the return process begins. Customers can request a wire transfer for an additional $30 fee.
How is the refund provided?
Refunds are provided via ACH or wire transfer. Customers must provide routing number and account number.
How long after the return will the refund be paid?
After the return has been completed, the refund will be initiated via Automated Clearing House transfer, or wire transfer.
